The BCN Lumen ampoules contain a mix of biomimetic peptides, which focus on tackling post-inflammatory or hormonally induced pigmentation. The peptides work on all different phases of pigment formation: existing (hyper)pigmentation is tackled while the formation of new discolorations is prevented, resulting in a targeted and effective total approach. To give the pigment approach extra power, the cocktail has been supplemented with melanin inhibitors alpha-arbutin and liquorice extract and a mix of powerful antioxidants that simultaneously support the pigment approach, including vitamin C, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and glutathione. Hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino acids support the maintenance of healthy skin.

Sodium hyaluronate: hyaluronic acid
3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C): helps prevent melanin from darkening under the influence of UVA
Glutathione: protects skin cells against free radicals that cause pigmentation. The melanin level decreases, causing pigment spots to slowly fade.
Alpha-arbutin: blocks the formation of melanin
Niacinamide (vitamin B3): improves blood circulation and inhibits melanin production, prevents dark spots and freckles and lightens the skin.
Licorice extract: brightens the complexion, spots and pigmentation, helps refine pores.
