PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
The following conditions apply:
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Delivery takes place within Germany and in the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, Cyprus.
When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may arise as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. These countries cannot order online. Orders are made via advance invoice payments.
Deliveries to Belgium:
- For the shipping method "myparcel" above 250 euros we do not charge shipping costs.
- For the shipping method "myparcel" under 250 euros we charge 10.00 euros (incl. VAT)
Deliveries the Netherlands:
- For the shipping method "myparcel" above 250 euros we do not charge shipping costs.
- For the shipping method "myparcel" under 250 euros "MyParcel Standard" we charge 8.00 euros (incl. VAT)
Deliveries European Union:
- For the shipping method "myparcel" above 500 euros we do not charge shipping costs.
- For the shipping method "myparcel" under 500 euros "MyParcel Standard" we charge 20.00 euros (incl. VAT)
DELIVERY TIMES
Unless a different term is stated in the relevant offer, delivery of the goods within the Netherlands and Belgium will take place within 2-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-10 days after the conclusion of the agreement (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payment via Mollie (credit card, Giropay, Apple Pay, prepayment via bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact, Przelewy24, eps transfer)
- Payment via Ideal 3 installments (purchase in installments - 3 consecutive installments)
- Payment via Klarna (purchase in installments - 3 consecutive installments) or via Klarna after-pay or Klarna direct.
INVOICE
The payment term via bank transfer is 7 days from the date of order via our website. Goods will only be shipped after payment of your invoice. Pre-shipment (without payment) is not possible. If you have not met your payment term, your booking order will be automatically deleted and the order will be cancelled. All information will be communicated to you by e-mail.
