If you are interested in a product or service from LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP, we will ask for your name, email address, company details and your telephone number. 8.7. Third party: Any person other than the data subject, the controller, the processor, or any person who is authorized under the direct authority of the controller or the processor to process personal data.
8.8. Educational institution: The responsible educational institution / competent authority.
9. Scope and objective
9.1. These regulations set rules on the processing of personal data of students of the educational institution.
9.2. These regulations apply to all personal data of the data subject that are processed by LANETTE MEDICAL. The purpose of these regulations is:

9.4. to determine which personal data are processed and for what purpose this is done

10. Purposes of the processing of personal data
10.1. When processing personal data, LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP complies with the relevant legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
10.2. The processing of personal data takes place for:
a. the organisation or provision of education, examinations, the guidance of course participants or students, or the provision of study advice;
b. the provision or making available of teaching materials;
c. the publication of information about the organisation and teaching materials as referred to under a and b, as well as information about the pupils, participants or students, referred to in the first paragraph, on its own website;
d. the publication of the activities of the institution or institute on its own website;
e. the calculation, recording and collection of tuition fees, teaching materials (such as books and materials), examinations and extracurricular activities, including the placing of claims in the hands of third parties;
f. handling disputes and having audits performed;
g. maintaining contacts with former pupils, former participants or former students of the controller;
h. the implementation or application of another law.
11. Exemption from reporting obligation
11.1 The data processing referred to in Article 10 falls under the WBP exemption decision and does not have to be reported to the CBP.
12. Basis for processing
12.1. Processing of personal data only takes place on the basis of:
a. Consent: if the data subject has given his unambiguous consent for the processing
b. Agreement: if the data processing is necessary for the implementation of an agreement to which the data subject is a party, or for taking pre-contractual measures in response to a request from the data subject and which are necessary for concluding an agreement

13. Access
13.1 LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP only grants access to the personal data included in the administration and systems to:

15.1 Separate agreements have been made for the use of personal data on social media in the ‘social media protocol’ of LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP.
16. Rights of data subjects
16.1. The WBP / AVG gives the data subject a number of rights. LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP recognizes these rights and acts in accordance with these rights.
16.2. Inspection
a. Every data subject has the right to inspect the personal data processed by Lanette that relate to him/her. LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP may request a valid proof of identity to verify the identity of the requester.
b. Improvement, supplementation, removal and shielding.
The data subject may submit a request for improvement, supplementation, removal or shielding of his/her personal data, unless this proves impossible or would require an unreasonable effort.
17.2. Term
LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP must respond to a request in writing within 4 weeks of receipt or reject it in writing, stating reasons. The school can inform the person concerned that more time is needed and extend this term by a maximum of 4 weeks.
17.3 Executing the request
If the person concerned's request is honored, LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP will ensure that the requested changes are implemented as soon as possible.
17.4 Withdrawing consent
To the extent that prior consent is required for the processing of personal data, this consent can be withdrawn at any time by the legal representative.
18. Transparency
18.1. LANETTE MEDICAL AESTHETIC GROUP informs the person concerned about the processing of his or her personal data. If the type of processing requires this, the school informs each person concerned separately about the details of that processing.

20. Amendments to regulations
20.1 These regulations are established by the controller. The controller has the right to amend these regulations.
